Non-Custodial Sentences: A Comparative Study between China and Europe
On the Crimes Related to Malicious Negative Feedbacks of Online Shopping. This research project will study non-custodial sentences both in Europe and in China in a contextual and comparative way. The results of the contextual studies will be compared with a view to understand differences and similarities and provide evidence for context-relevant reform in China.
