GATA-3: a novel tumor suppressor gene during human T cell development (GATA-3)
GATA-3 is a critical regulatory protein for the development of T lymphocytes and mutations in this protein have been described recently in patients with acute T cell leukemia. In this project, we wish to study the specific role of GATA-3 during normal and malignant T cell development by investigating such mutations.
