Interactions in the endoplasmic reticulum which are important in the biogenesis of the dopamine D4 receptor

The dopamine D4 receptors is a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR). Folding of the receptor starts in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). The influence of different chaperones and proteins involved in the biogenesis of the receptor will be investigated.
