Implementation of new tools to study the interaction between G protein-coupled receptors (GPCR dimers)
In this project we will develop a screening technology based on complementation assays to study in detail the capacity of GPCRs to form dimers. This approach will give us the opportunity to study dimer localization via single cell microscopy.
