Regional Protection of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights: Africa in Comparative Perspective

This project studies the actual and potential role of the African Union’s human rights protection system for effective legal protection of economic, social and cultural rights in Africa. To this end, it compares the African human rights system with the universal and American systems, and assesses the impact of the African system at the domestic level.
