The Quandary for Service Innovation Through Networks: A Dynamic Capability Perspective

This research aims to provide insight into the conditions under which networks of different stakeholders - such as customers, suppliers, competitors, and governments - achieve service innovations. Specifically, this research will generate a better understanding of the conditions under which service innovation network realize service innovations that benefit not only network members but also customers ultimately using these service innovations.
