Project

High-frequency ultrasound device for the non-invasive study of cardiac and arterial function in mice with genetically determined cardiovascular disorders

The requested device is advanced ultrasound equipment which allows to sequentially study, in a non-invasive way and with great precision, the cardiac and arterial function in mice. The equipment with in particular be used in our research on the origin and progression of aortic pathologies (aortic aneurysms and disections) in mouse models of genetically determined cardiovascular pathologies
