Disentangling the effect of trade agreements (3PL010416)

Empirical investigations into the effects of trade agreements on trade flows have been struggling with the reciprocity of their interaction. This project puts forth a new estimation strategy that can account for the reciprocity of their relation, allowing us to disentangle any reciprocal effects and measure the effects of trade agreements on trade, GDP and other variables, including corruption.
