Data Independent Acquisition Mass Spectrometry to Mine Human Stem Cell Histone Epigenetics

Epigenetic modifications are essential in the regulation of many biological processes. The histone proteins that are intimately associated with DNA to form the chromatin are pivotal substrates herein.
