A legal and political analysis of the bilateral relations between the European Union and Ukraine: from partnership towards association.
The proposed research project aims to analyze the evolution of the legal relations between the EU and Ukraine. In particular, it will be examined how and to what extent a new association agreement can tackle the challenges which emerged after the EU enlargement. This research will take into account the new political and economic reality in Ukraine and the EU.
