Project

Ecohydrological assessment of an old growth native evergreen forest and Eucalyptus nitens plantation covered catchments

The aim of this research was to estimate Eucalyptus nitens and native evergreen trees water sources and to describe the water source contribution of rain, soil water and groundwater to stream discharge and pathways during storm events, and how this different source contributions affected nutrient concentrations in streams from catchments covered with E. nitens and native evegreen trees.
