Flanders study to improve end-of-live-care and evaluation tools (FLIECE)

The purpose of this Project (FLIECE) is to promote better palliative care and end of life care by developing tools that clinicians and health care organizations provide specific instructions, and bridging the gap between academia and health. The research is focused on improving palliative care and end of life care for patients in the home woo's and the nursing situation.
