A Longitudinal Examination of Customer and Employee

Store remodeling is a labor intensive period for store employees and causes temporary inconvenience for customers. Hence, it is clear that the management decision to remodel is likely to impact both customers and employees.Using quantitative and qualitative techniques, this project will examine the consequences of a remodeling decision: not only after, but also during the remodeling stage.
