Ethical problems related to cross-border reproductive care

The projects will conduct a normative analysis of problems generated by the globalisation of health care and more specifically of cross-border reproductive care. It will analyse the rights and obligations of the different actors involved. It also contains an empirical part in which physicians and patients will be interviewed. This empirical bioethics part will serve as a means to contextualize the normative analysis.
