Transcriptional regulation of human natural killer cell and innate lymphoid cell differentiation

In this project we will investigate the development of human natural killer cell and innate lymphoid cell development from pluripotent stem cells. Therefore, the role of transcription factors important for this process will be determined by overexpression or deletion of the gene.
