Investigation of the in vivo role of RIPK1 and RIPK3 in tissue development, homeostasis and inflammation

During recent years it was shown that necrotic cell death is mainly regulated by two kinases, RIPK1 and RIPK3, that control necrotic cell death and can participate in tissue inflammation. The aim of this project is to unravel the physiological and pathological role of RIPK1 and RIPK1 in homeostatic and inflammatory conditions.
