'POLICY OPPORTUNITIES IN THE LIGHT OF THE JURISDICTION TRANSFERS WITHIN THE POLICY AREA WORK - FOCUS ON THE TARGET GROUP DISCOUNTS'

On 11 October 2011, at the federal level, the Institutional Arrangement for the sixth State Reform, better known as the Butterfly Agreement, closed. This agreement is shifting major powers, resources and tools to the communities and regions. The powers of labor in the context of the sixth state reform be regionalized, relate to both the activation and employment policies, the formation and training and economic migration. This research proposal focuses on the transfer of authority from the measures in the context of employment, and more specifically the target reductions.
