Mining the bibliome to help unravel the dynamic behaviour of molecular networks
This projects aims to develop large-scale text mining algorithms able to process the whole bibliome automatically. These methods will be designed with a specific aim to support network analysis and data integration. The resulting textual data set will be integrated with experimental data sources to study the dynamic behaviour of molecular networks.
