Project

Individual differences in evaluation difficulty and their consequences for consumer behavior

This project focuses on the difficulties people experience when forming attitudes, and on differences between people in the extent to which they experience those difficulties. Therefore, we will validate an evaluation difficulty scale that measures individual-level differences, and investigate how this uncertainty about the extent to which one likes or dislikes something affects a wide range of consumer behaviors.
