Opening or Closing the Door to International Justice: A Critical Evaluation of the present-day 'Admissibility Condition' restricting the 'Right to Acess of Individuals'

"Opening or Closing the Door to International Justice",: A Critical Evaluation of the present-day 'Admissibility Condition' restricting the 'Right to Acess of Indoviduals' to Regional Judicial and Quasi-Judicial Human Rights Bodies in the Americas, Africa and Europe.

While the right of petition to an international court/quasi-court is one of the cornerstones of regional human rights mechanisms, admissibility-conditions restrict the access to those bodies. The research aims from a comparative perspective to delimit the boundaries of the admissibility conditions and map the correspondin problems of scope and procedure, and provide suggestions for a (n) correct and integrated approach of the issue.
