Project

Characterization of the unique molecular network that controls T cell development.

T-lymphocytes are derived from hematopoietic stem cells and their differentiation depends on the integration of multiple transcriptional regulators such as GATA3, TCF1, BCL11B and Notch signaling. The kinetics and expression levels of these factors are critical for T-cell development. In this project, we wish to investigate how these factors

interact to modulate downstream gene expression during normal human T-cell development.
