Carbon sequestration and ecosystem health in a restored tropical rangeland: assessing the effects of enclosures and grazing management

Restoration of degraded land is an omportant strategy for reducing soil-and environmental degradation and alleviating chronic pasture and food shortages in dryland savanna ecosystems. This study aims to assess the capacity of historically overgrazed semi-arid grassland soil to sequester atmospheric C and improve ecosystem health with rehabilitation throug range enclosure, and improved grazing management in a tropical semi-arid rangeland.
