Junior Visiting postdoctoral fellowship Kadam Santosh

This project involves the synthesis of bioactive compounds within the project on "Synthesis of diamino acid derivatives with a cyclopropane or aziridine skeleton and their application in the synthesis of potential physiologically active alpha,gamma-diaminobutyric acid derivatives" (FWO-project G.0018.09N). Problems will be tackled that arose in this project: (a) development of the stereoselective synthesis of conformationally constrained diamino acid derivatives, (b) asymmetric synthesis of target compounds, (c) development of selective ring opening reactions of conformationally constrained diamino acid derivatives.
