Mass spectrometry as a beneficial tool for investigation of mycotoxins

This research deals with the application of the potential of mass spectrometry in combination with liquid chromatography for mycotoxin detection in different sample matrices including mouldy building materials, food, feed and biological samples (skin). The study will provide additional information about mycotoxin exposure to humans and animals.
