Towards a model for understanding entrepreneurial intentions in an academic context
Many authors have commented on the existence of a knowledge paradox, in which too little research gets translated into products. One way to overcome this paradox is through spin-off creation. We analyze the extent to which individual, organizational and environmental factors can affect the researcher's intention to start up his or her own company.
