Testing the influence of urbanization on the social capital of individuals using the EU-SILC. A comparison of the Belgian and Spanish case.

In this research proposal the same theoretical model about the effect of urbanization on individual social capital will be tested in two contrasting contexts of urbanization, i.e. Spain and Belgium. The comparison should help us better understand how, in modern society, urbanization influences people's social ties.
