Project

The role of dopamine D4 receptor ubiquitination and functional differences between the polymorphic variants.

The dopamine D4 receptor is a G protein- coupled receptor. We have shown that this receptor is ubiquitinated upon interaction with KLHL12 (a Kelch-BTB protein) and in this project we will investigate what the functional role of this receptor ubiquitination is.
