Which employee learns and why? An integrative and dynamic perspective on participation in lifelong learning

The current project will examine why individuals (don't) participate in lifelong learning in a continuously changing labour market. More specifically, this project aims to identify groups that are vulnerable on the labour market and in terms of lifelong learning, accounting for the interaction between personal and labour market factors.
