Supporting professionals in dealing with multilingualism in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Professionals working in ECEC are challenged by the multilingual reality in today's society. There is a lack of theory and practice on how to handle multilingualism in a positive way in relation to parents and children. From a socio-pedagogical perspective, this PhD project investigates the professional development of childcare workers and preschool teachers in contexts of multilingualism and diversity.
