Government as a Platform

This project investigates the impact of ICT on government and how digital transformation impacts the way of working. It goes beyond the one-on-one digitalisation of existing processes and services, and includes topics such as agile and user-centric ways of working, managing platforms and collaborating in ecosystems. The reserach will focus on digital transformation in public administration and on government as a platform. Rather than pure technical aspects, the management and organization of digital transformation are central aspects of the project.
