Werk-ID: Development of a mobile application and platform for Direct Employee participation in Flemish SME’s

The project introduces a model for the organization of structural and result-oriented direct employee participation by the application of innovative tools in Flemish SME’s. Through the development and use of a digital platform (web app) through which bottom-up direct employee participation is made possible, Werk-ID aims at filling the current gap between forms of top-down direct participation and indirect participation. In doing so, contributing to more involvement, engagement and thus more motivation among co-workers. The project thus tries to formulate an innovative answer to the need of more ‘workable work’ in the Flemish SME landscape
