eDNA EurAmFish: eDNA metabarcoding research into amphibian and fish communities in a large number of European pools (EVINBO)

Horizon-2020 Project (Ponderful project), of which the eDNA screening was subcontracted to INBO. Consists of:
(i) the coordination of the sampling campaign in 8 different European Member States
ii) the analysis of the samples
iii) the processing of a large number of eDNA samples in which we map the biodiversity of amphibian and fish communities through metabarcoding
