Organisation profile:

The Communication and Planning team is responsible for:

  • Strategic planning: the preparation and realisation of the Institute’s strategy and objectives, for example by compiling the management agreement and the annual business plans, with the associated indicators for monitoring
  • Research coordination, ensuring that our own research is optimally aligned with international research programmes and other research institutions
  • Stakeholder management
  • Policy preparation, ensuring that a research component is incorporated into policy documents such as MINA plans, policy papers and letters and so on
  • Internal audit
  • Internal and external communications
  • Providing a spokesperson’s service, complaints management
  • Providing legal services
