Project
1 family,1 plan Groot Antwerpen (1G1P)
With 1G1P, Flanders aims to include all youth care questions within a month, to make one plan per family when different care providers are involved, to offer the family a single point of contact, to offer a flexible support offer when the necessary offer is not immediately available and a primary psychological function. To this end, a partnership is formed in demarcated areas. In this way, 1G1P wants to respond to a number of bottlenecks that arise in the provision of assistance to families.
The research institutes Karel de Grote Hogeschool and KU Leuven conduct scientific practice- and action-oriented research into the implementation and impact of the partnership 1 family, 1 plan Greater Antwerp on 3 levels: level of the person requesting help; level of the network, the partners in the network and the relevant employees of these partners; level of the social (youth) care landscape and the wider society.
