A framework for local family coaches in Flanders (SWVG MJP1 EF09)

Within the current budgetary framework and given the large number of pilot projects, we propose to map the evolution of the families accompanied by a family coach for a period of 1 year. We also want to give an idea of the factors that influence this evolution. This concerns factors that are specific to the local context as well as factors that have to do with organizational choices (see below). In order to realize this in a short period of time, we call on an experienced researcher. It is important to emphasize that this method does not allow us to determine the effectiveness of the family coaches per se, nor is it possible to distinguish empirically the active factors from other elements and changes that affect the living conditions of families.
