IOF CONCEPT project: Market study "StabiTim: Software tool for racking resistance check of timber structures" (R-12099)

This CONCEPT project consists of a market study concerning the different commercialisation strategies for the StabiTim software tool. This tool, developed by CERG, allows the verification of the horizontal equilibrium of timber frame structures, taking into account the geometric properties of the structure and the materials used. The project focuses on the execution of a market study in which the different commercialisation strategies for the tool are identified. The results will impact the further development of the tool. Important aspects to be treated in the market study are the identification of the target audience and mapping of their specific needs, a landscaping of similar existing tools and the identification of the commercialisation strategies of the tool.
