Laser and decay spectroscopy of exotic silver isotopes

The quantum structure of radioactive silver nuclei will be investigated towards the edges of the nuclear chart, in the vicinity of the magic numbers N=50,82, by combining laser and decay spectroscopy together at international facilities such as the accelerator laboratory of the University of Jyväskylä in Finland and CERN ISOLDE in Switzerland.
