Human rights are a from of civilisation

Journal Contribution - Journal Article

From a philosophical point of view, the first article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is the most interesting:Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world. The question is if rights are inalienable. In this article we claim this is not the case. Instead we should consider human rights a form of civilisation.
