Phloretin in treatment of neuroinflammatory and demyelinating diseases: further insights in possible nutraceutical vs pharmaceutical market approach (R-11397)

UHasselt and PC Fruit have filed a provisional patent application on the use of fruit components for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, like multiple sclerosis (MS). In this project, a third party will be consulted to perform a thorough analysis of the market potential of this product in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical market. IP strategy and licence roadmaps for both fields are evaluated.
