Impact evaluation DRIVE: From self-determination to employee well-being. (ESF-DRIVE)

This project is building knowledge and insights into how policy can have a positive impact on workability and on employee welfare in Flanders. The main focus is on the link between HRM, HR practices and workability / employee welfare. Organizations are supported by service providers in the implementation of HR interventions, underpinned by the self-determination theory, that aim to create a work environment that stimulates autonomous motivation in employees.
