Project

Field-flow fractionation (FFF) system for combination with high-end ICP-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).

We aspire the purchase of field-flow fractionation (FFF) equipment as a versatile separation technique. It can be seamlessly coupled to a multi-angle light scattering (MALS), UV/VIS and/or fluorescence detector, as well as to advanced ICP-mass spectrometers, thus providing detailed characterization – including particle size, elemental and isotopic composition – of different types of nanoparticles including micro- and nanoplastics, engineered nanoparticles, subcellular particles, exosomes, and proteins.
