Valorizing algorithms (developed by MSI/ECOOM/INCENTiM) by means of Software products.

Within MSI (including ECOOM/INCENTiM) different research streams have resulted in the development of algorithms which are relevant for different user communities or market segments. Application areas include diffusion models (technology, novel products), the identification and qualification of organizations and individuals (name harmonizing, gender) and text mining (of patent and scientific documents). Within this project, we want to refine and optimize the current algorithms and heuristics in order to make them accessible to external users. Besides technical refinements and additional validation efforts, the main activities reside in collecting relevant market data (customers, customer requirements, competing offers and substitutes) and translating them into sustainable value propositions and business models.
