Project
Sustainable Supply Chain decision making
This Ph.D. proposal is aimed at developing sustainable supply chain decision-making models by taking into account comprehensively the interactions among supply chain members and by involving more practical factors. In particularly, we investigate jointly the regulatory authorities’ emission reduction policy decision making, the manufacturers’ operations decision making, and the retailers’ pricing and ordering decision making. We will investigate the joint decision making in different contexts, e.g., one manufacturer and one retailer, multiple competing manufacturers and one retailer, one manufacturer and multiple competing retailers, multiple competing manufacturers and competing or independent retailers. Different game models and solution algorithms will be proposed.
