Achieving Consensus in Blockchains

Consensus plays an important role in the area of cryptographic protocols since it can provide us with secure broadcasting. Although the study field of consensus had a long history, it has experienced renewed interest from the cryptography society with the advent of the blockchains. In our research, we try to improve the available consensus protocols to achieve a more secure consensus protocol.
