Explaining the adoption of carbon taxes in South America: causes, fiscal reforms, and advocacy coalitions

This research part of the PolyCarbon project, examines the causal relationship through which Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Uruguay adopted a carbon tax; illustrates the contextual conditions in which the process takes place; and explains the productive relationship in terms of entities engaging in activities between causes and the causal process that it triggers.
