Foundation Open Society Institute (FOSI): Strategic legal action against religious dress restrictions

This project will be embedded in the work of the Human Rights and Migration Law Clinic of Ghent University during two academic years. (August 2020 - July 2022) This project will focus on strategic litigation against religious dress restrictions and on knowledge exchange with regard to strategic litigation among others in a clinical legal education context.
