- Research Expertise:My current project revolves around plain language training and financial literacy. My past projects focused on plain language in financial content for older adults, on machine translation in crisis situations, on translation/localisation training, on the accessibility of health communication, and on usability testing. For my research, I have combined statistical analysis with qualitative analysis (mainly thematic analysis).
