Innovative follow-up strategy for yeast-driven fermentations

General purpose
The aim of this innovation mandate is to prepare an innovative method for monitoring and controlling yeast-driven fermentations. This method is faster and often provides more insight than competitive methods, but was previously mainly used outside the fermentation world and on bacteria. In this project we deal with the unique challenges required to adapt the existing method in this promising market, thus enabling market access for the spin-off.
