Combatting chronic diseases and inflammation by eating food that's right for you

The purpose of the study will be to work on a collaborative research project with our colleagues in England in serology and immunology research in IBD patients with Covid-19. Next to that we will start a large prospective randomised controlled trial about the role of diet on the microbiome IBD patients. This will be a large study with possible links with metabolomics and the genome.
