Flexible Large area 2T monolithic Tandem PSC-CIGS (R-10972)
The main target of this project is to design and engineer flexible two-terminal thin-film solar devices based on hybrid tandem architectures with chalcogenide bottom cell and perovskite top cell configuration, and on a relevant device size to demonstrate industrial feasibility.
